Banging Biryani Pita Pockets

This is a great crowd pleaser to omnivores and vegans alike! Feel free to add meat for the truly picky omni.

Ingredients-

-Banging Biryani or plain basmati works fine https://myculinaryconfessions.wordpress.com/2009/10/27/banging-biryani/

-Pita wrap, toasted cut in half

-Tahini to taste

-1 leaf of spined lettuce like romaine

open the pita half so it creates a pocket and place the lettuce spine down the center of the pita to act as a shell to protect your food from spilling out of the sides. Spoon banging biryani into the wrap and drizzle with tahini to taste.

You could also top with tabouli, feta cheese, kalamata olives or roasted garlic.
