This is a great sauce for dipping veggies, a base for a stir fry or simply warmed and served over rice. A great staple to keep in the fridge.
-1 cup PB
-1 cup water
-2 tablespoons brown sugar
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
-6 cloves garlic minced
combine all ingredients but the water in a bowl, and slowly add water into the mixture.
